The hotel building is almost unimaginable in size and for its wonderful setting.
It looms over the surfers at Newquay.
The hotel dinning room has been renovated by Workhouse Design Studio Ltd.
I was commissioned to do two large mussel shell pieces for the dinning room.
“Take a seat in the contemporary Sand Brasserie, where the amazing sand design with two mussel sculptures provide a perfect backdrop for sumptuous dishes, … and dramatic ocean views…” Here you can “watch the white horses charging shore-wards, the rain hammering the windowpanes and the Atlantic storms crash into the rugged Cornish coastline.”
